ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE
This individual will be responsible for calculating, processing, posting, verifying and maintaining data and payments to accounts receivable, and collecting on past-due accounts. 90% of the time will be spent on the phone making a minimum 50 calls per day. Individual will be responsible for about 400 accounts.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of high volume commercial accounts receivable experience preferably in the construction industry.
- In addition, the individual must possess excellent data entry skills, strong mathematical skills, good organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills, superior computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED, and an Associate’s Degree or an Accounting Certificate from an accredited college or university is a plus.
