BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is actively seeking a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to work out of our corporate office in Barberton, Ohio. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing national account sales strategies and initiatives; strengthening existing customer relationships and developing new customer opportunities.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must:
- possess a degree in business from an accredited college or university,
- have a minimum of 10 years outside sales experience in the service industry,
- have the demonstrated ability to prospect for new sales,
- have extensive management experience,
- have the ability to mentor subordinates,
- have excellent computer skills, good verbal and written communication skills, proven organizational skills, and
- the demeanor to function in a fast paced environment
The job will require 40% travel.
