S.A. Comunale, a leading specialized contractor in the fire protection industry, has an immediate opportunity available for a Follow Up Specialist.
Our National Accounts Department is seeking an entry level associate who is articulate, quick thinking and personable to fill our Follow Up Specialist position. This position places calls and emails to our current subcontractor base to obtain the needed documents and information from previously performed work.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of three years working experience as a Customer Service or Call Center Representative. In addition, the individual must have good oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, impeccable telephone skills, and excellent PC skills. Advanced education is a plus!
