Accounts Receivable Associate / COLLECTIONS

Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for calculating, processing, posting, verifying and maintaining data and payments to accounts receivable, and collecting on past-due accounts.  90% of the time will be spent on the phone making a minium 50 calls per day.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, with a minimum of five years of high volume commercial accounts receivable experience preferably in the construction industry. 

In addition, the individual must possess excellent data entry skills, strong mathematical skills, good organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills, superior computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.  An Associate’s Degree or an Accounting Certificate from an accredited college or university is a plus.
